Our 30-Day Hardware Guarantee
At SimulatorStudios, we are committed to providing high-quality golf simulation equipment. We offer a 30-day return window from the original purchase date for all eligible hardware products, including Launch Monitors and Studio Packages.
Due to the high-value, specialized, and freight-dependent nature of our products, all returns must adhere strictly to the guidelines outlined below.
General Return Conditions
All items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Return Period: Initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Original Condition: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all parts, components, and quick-start guides.
Restocking Fee: Returns not in brand-new, resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and the diminished value of the product.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.
Specific Conditions for Studio Packages (Enclosures, Screens, Projectors)
Studio Packages are shipped via freight and require immediate inspection upon delivery:
Mandatory Inspection: When your freight delivery arrives, you must inspect the shipment for any signs of damage (crushed boxes, tears, rips, etc.) before signing the delivery receipt.
Noting Damage: Any damage must be clearly noted on the freight carrier's delivery receipt. Failure to note external damage upon delivery will void our ability to file a claim, and we may not be able to accept responsibility for the damage.
Reporting Damage: Report any shipping damage or missing items to us immediately—no later than 24 hours from delivery—at the contact information below.
Setup/Misuse: Products showing damage due to improper setup, misuse, or impact from anything other than a clean golf ball (as outlined in the product warranty) are not covered and will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- All software subscriptions and membership plans.
- Digital content and gift cards.
- All accessories sold separately (side net, hitting mats, ball trays, protective cases, etc.).
- International orders shipped outside the United States.
Warranty Claims
If a product covered under the manufacturer's warranty is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. In this scenario, we will coordinate a return for a replacement of the same product, and no restocking fee will apply. Please note that warranty periods are determined by the manufacturer (e.g., SKYTRAK units are typically covered by a 6-month warranty or 25,000 shots).

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number may be delayed or rejected.
