We understand the excitement of upgrading your golf experience, and we strive to make the delivery process as smooth as your swing.
Shipping Costs and Service
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all SKYTRAK Launch Monitors and Simulator Studio Kits within the contiguous United States.
Launch Monitors & Small Accessories: Typically shipped via standard parcel services (UPS, FedEx) unless otherwise specified.
Simulator Studio Kits: Due to the size and weight of enclosures, screens, and projectors, studio kits are shipped via specialized freight carrier on pallets. This requires a scheduled delivery appointment.
Order Processing Times
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.
Processing Time: Orders typically require 1 to 3 business days to be processed and prepared for shipping.
Custom/Special Orders: Orders involving customization or specialized components may require longer processing times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Estimated Transit Times
Shipping transit times begin once your order has left our warehouse, not from the time the order was placed.
Standard Transit: Estimated transit time is typically 5 to 10 business days once shipped.
Freight Delivery: For simulator studio kits, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window, usually 24-48 hours in advance. Please ensure you are available or have arranged for someone to accept and inspect the shipment during this window.
Crucial Freight Delivery Protocol (Studio Kits)
Simulator Studio Kits ship as freight and require immediate inspection upon arrival. By following these steps, you protect yourself should hidden damage be discovered later.
Inspect All Pallets and Boxes: Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the exterior of all cartons and pallets for any visible signs of damage, crushing, rips, tears, or water damage.
Note Damage: If you notice ANY damage, you MUST make a detailed note of it on the driver's delivery receipt (e.g., "Box 3 Dented," "Pallet Wrap Broken," or "Holes in Carton"). If the damage is severe, you have the right to refuse the shipment.
Do Not Sign "Clear": If you sign for the delivery "Clear" (meaning no damage), SimulatorStudios cannot file a claim with the carrier, and you will assume all responsibility for the shipment's condition.
Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you discover damage, even if you noted it on the receipt.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking information indicates a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. SimulatorStudios is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
