We strive to be as accurate as possible in the descriptions, images, and pricing of all SKYTRAK Launch Monitors and Golf Studio Packages. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are fully accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

B. Compatibility and Fit

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any purchased product, particularly the large Studio Packages, is compatible with their existing equipment and fits within their designated space. Dimensions and system requirements (for PC, iOS, etc.) are provided on each product page. We are not responsible for compatibility issues or installation failures due to incorrect measurements.

C. Launch Monitor Accuracy

We advertise product accuracy based on manufacturer specifications and third-party testing data (e.g., the SKYTRAK ST+ is within a certain margin of professional units). These figures are intended as guidance, and actual performance may vary based on environmental factors, setup, and device configuration.

3. Pricing and Payments

A. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

B. Payment Method

We process all payments exclusively through PayPal to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. By purchasing through our site, you agree to abide by PayPal’s terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store any credit card or payment information on our servers.

C. Financing

Any available financing offers are provided by third-party lenders (e.g., PayPal Credit). Eligibility, terms, and conditions for financing are determined solely by the lending partner.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

A. Freight Shipments (Studios)

All large Studio Packages are shipped via freight carrier and require mandatory inspection upon delivery. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from SimulatorStudios passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You must note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing; failure to do so may prevent us from filing a successful claim and issuing a replacement.

B. Delays

We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or customs processing.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Key terms include:

A 30-day return window for eligible hardware.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking fees (up to 40%) may apply to damaged, used, or incomplete returns.

Software, subscriptions, and final sale items are non-refundable.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

A. Product Warranties

SimulatorStudios is an authorized dealer for SKYTRAK products. All warranties, including the 6-month or 25,000-shot warranty on Launch Monitors, are provided by the manufacturer. We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim with the manufacturer but do not provide or fulfill the warranty ourselves.

B. Limitation of Liability

SimulatorStudios, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any products purchased; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the site or to products you purchase through SimulatorStudios shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Nevada.
