Warranty and Return Policy: Shop with Assurance

The SKYTRAK Golf Simulator Bay Enclosure comes with a 1-year domestic use warranty covering manufacturing defects. The impact screen is a consumable component.

Coverage: Defects in materials or workmanship; items damaged or incomplete out of the box. Exclusions: Normal wear & tear; accidental damage; product misuse, including improper setup.

Returns - SKYTRAK Hardware Products Returns must be completed within 30 days in original, undamaged condition. Restocking Fees: Returns not meeting these standards are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the product's cost, applied upon inspection for items that show wear, are damaged, or are missing components. A restocking fee of up to 40% will also be assessed to the cost of the Projector after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Freight damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery, and reported to us within 24 hours.
