Returns - SKYTRAK Hardware Products Returns must be completed within 30 days in original, undamaged condition. Returns not meeting standards are subject to a restocking fee of up to 40% of the product's cost, applied upon inspection. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Freight damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery, and reported to us within 24 hours.
